Deck plan for a medium size single level deck. This deck is designed to accommodate a spa set on a concrete pad under the deck. This deck plan also has a pergola with a privacy screen built into the supports for the pergola.
The completed deck in the photo has been upgraded with black aluminum balusters in the railing, composite decking, and low-voltage step lights to enhance the look of the deck and for added safety at night.
