This is the standard custom deck plan package, design and engineered drawings. It includes detailed 2D deck drawings similar to those you see throughout this site. A typical custom deck plan package will include:
- Full drawing package including:
- Overhead view
- Front elevation
- Side elevation (some plans)
- Sub-structure drawing
- Foundation drawing
- Additional foundation detail (some plans where required)
- Any additional documentation required for your particular deck, as necessary
- BCIN Approval (Ontario only, additional cost)
- Materials list (optional, additional cost)
- 3D renders (optional, additional cost)
These are 100% custom deck plans designed to your specifications by expert deck designers using industry standard CAD software (you will receive your files in non-editable .pdf format).
All our deck plans now use helical piles.
