This deck plan is for a 283 ft2 2-level deck. The upper deck provides plenty of room for a grill outside the patio door. The larger, lower deck has room for a table and chairs, or a set of deck furniture.
The sample deck in the photo has been upgraded with low voltage step lighting for enhanced ambience, and improved safety at night.
Note: The plan is designed to be built around a support post, but the opening for the post can be easily removed for your application by extending the underlying floor joist across the full span, through the opening for the post.
